Below is a list of the most frequently asked questions and answers regarding having events at the farm. If there is a question that is not answered below, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will be sure to provide you with an answer.

What is included in the rental fee? What isn't?

The rental fee includes 8' banquet tables, white garden chairs, access to the farm on Friday, Saturday, use of the 3-unit ADA compliant restroom trailer, decorations, parking attendants, security guard, and use of the bridal suite, white or ivory linens, white or multi-colored plates, mason jars or water glasses, silverware, and a ceremony. If you wish to not use our linens, dishes, or have the ceremony at the farm, we can take those off of the price for you. Please contact Brigid for more details.

Do you have a set caterer or am I allowed to select my own? 

We work with the best in the area, so unfortunately you cannot make your own food or bring in your own caterer. Certain caterers were selected due to their great food and fabulous customer service. Our  tent company is also preferred, but you are more than welcome to bring your own DJ, photographer, etc. Brigid can share with you a list of vendors in the area to help get you started.

How many guests can the farm hold?

Our capacity is 200 guests, however, please consult Brigid if you'd like more information on having more.

Do you have parking onsite?

There is plenty of parking for all 200 guests right on the farm and our parking attendants will take care of everything, so you don't have to worry. Our parking is on gravel and is well lit.

Are there nearby hotels?

There are six hotels within an easy 10-minute drive and two B&B's just down the road. Most will give a discounted rate, especially if you're having your event at the farm. Contact Brigid for more information on how to receive a special discount.

Is the farm handicap accessible?

The farm is handicap accessible. We have a special ADA-compliant restroom trailer, have special parking, and wheelchairs, scooters, etc. can be used around the farm without a problem.

Are we able to have alcohol?

We are not able to offer any alcohol service or purchasing. We have no restrictions on alcohol, so feel free to choose beer, wine, and/or liquor. A RAMP certified bartender must serve any alcohol, but all of our caterers offer bartenders for you to use. We do also require one of our security guards to be present for every event.

What is required to secure our date?

In order to secure the date you would like, a signed contract and a $1,000 nonrefundable deposit is due. Payment is done in installments. Please contact Brigid for more information on booking your big day at the farm!

Is the barn air conditioned or heated?

In order to maintain the integrity of the farm, we do not have heating or cooling in the barn. However, we have floor, ceiling, and mounted fans for when it is warm outside. For cooler weather, we have propane  tower heaters. We are able to keep the barn comfortable for all of your guests no matter the outside weather.
